Nice responses! :)) Yeah, For me, I start "flying" if I don't ground (I
find Hatha Yoga does the trick for me.) The energy can get pretty intense.
Pleasure and pain can sometimes be closely related!
Sooner or later I "come down" naturally, but it's sometimes a bit hard to
function in the meantime. :)) It's interesting, though, that forcing oneself to
do mundane things is grounding in itself.
