Welcome to the list! As a relative old-timer (on the list and on the
planet, 56), I have seen so many go through a progression of concerns as kundalini
unfolds -- so much so that I have to consider that kundalini has a purpose.
In myself, as well, I noticed the progression of my concerns from physical
symptoms, to psychological and mental symptoms, to astral events and so forth.
But, over time, the focus leaves all the "head" stuff and begins to settle down
in the heart. What ultimately seems to matter is whether or not we can embody
love. Are we kinder? More loving of ourselves as amazing creatures of
enormous possibility? I believe all the mental stuff, of whatever realm, is at
best a distraction to the real work of the heart. Yes, the paranoia and voices
and weirdnesses still happen to me but I try to remember, this, too, shall
pass! You are blessed to be open and self-aware so young -- don't waste time,
ground yourself in the love you truly are. Holly
