I find that true self arisings tend to arrive fully "there," complete, and
unencumbered with a lot of repetitive thinking. That said, I'd underscore your
concern with regarding egoic thought too negatively. I believe it is crucial
to love one's fearful and insecure selves as much as the "true" self.
Otherwise we become so self conscious and self judgemental the whole system gets
jammed. Holly
