Hi Morgan,
I've had it a couple of times and believe it's common with K. I just allow
it to happen, do some slow deep breathing to calm the body down afterwards.
I've always presumed it's associated with the heart chakra opening and
adjusting. If you take note of your emotions afterwards it may give an
indication of what process you're going through that's associated with the
heart centre.
I would suggest that if it's happening regularly it might be best to get it
checked to make sure there isn't a medical condition that could be the
cause.
