Glad to hear you are healthy. I wouldn't bring up the waterfall energy
sensation if there's no medical reason for it. You know doctors...tell
them you're feeling something and they'll try to prescribe you a pill for it.
Extreme energy flows after meditation are common. I get them all the
time. Think about energy traveling from the earth to my lower back, and my
feet tingle. And when I get a particularly inspiring idea...my crown
tingles and my head gets hot. *laugh*
What I can tell you about the tingly stuff is that it's good! That means
the energy is flowing. It's when the energy gets stuck that we tend to
have a problem. Sometimes, the current can get too strong for the "wiring"
we've got, and in that case we need to work on improving the capacity and
efficiency of our circuits.
I've used Mantak Chia's books as a reference in this regard. Grounding
exercises like Mystress Angelique's are also indispensible. From there,
practice and mindfulness seem to be the thing.
