I experience what you describe. I've never worried about it and, in fact, I'm rather disappointed when the energy wanes. The flashing lights usually occur two weeks before my period. The intense lights, especially the royal blue and purple, explode in a very comforting way with the feeling throughout my body.

Yes, Yes,
It get this extreme energy after MEDITATION or before I fall asleep at night.
 I did have a physical and am healthy. But I am relunctant to bring up the
waterfall energy.
