Dear Steve, Sherri,

Actually I think Sherri said it started after meditation not medication! ;)
These are really all quite typical K energy symptoms, but Steve is right,
that it is always wise to get a check up. You can always be fairly vague about
the symptoms! ;)
 
I love that waterfall energy! :)) I don't get it very often but it feels
wonderful. The light flashes I usually get while asleep. All, including the
tingling/electrical energy are quite common K phenomena.
