True! Your experiences are very True and amazing.
Whatever yoga you are doing, it is of the right type for you.

This denotes turning of attention away from the tip of the surface mind
to the depths of the subconscious constituting its base

This depicts the Ida and Pingala spiritual nerves.
with the usual upward movement of the Pingala reversed downward,
indicating that you are applying your intellect and reason
upon the subconscious to resolve its impressions powerfully through your
yoga

> also crystals on my solarplexus and sacral
> by a being that was really just light,
> they were pushing me into the earth.
> Then they turned almost to liquid,
> well lost their solidity but remained objects,
> then they began merging with me.
> It was quite painful but then surge of energy
The Light of God is purifying the 2 spiritual nerves
in preparation for merger into the central passage of Sushumna
Your chakra of reason that preserves the subconscious
and your charkra of individual will
supporting the reason chakra through its lower 5 petals
are being energised and transformed from their grossness
into the substance of fluid light by the Power of God.
