Dear Morgan,
I grew up in an agnostic/atheist household, so I have had no expectations. I
suspect that when we put expectations onto the energy, we are in a sense
trying to make it surrender to our own will--and that, with Kundalini, is not a
terrifically good idea! :)) What you might see as really lucky, is the fact
that you have become K active. It's a pretty amazing thing, all by itself. But
we often do feel impatient for "results." As I am constantly reminded, we
have all the time in the universe.
Love, Hillary
