Hi Sunny,

           Your experience in several ways describes mine and many
others...but I too have had difficulty with the waning process of kundalini
awakening. From what i understand it comes and goes as the tides of the
ocean, but doesn't ever stop completely. You have people here that you can
express what is happening to you and can give you the insight or a direction
to help make the process better. Hang in there! Just know you are not
alone....Love, Pat
