Boy, you're lucky you apologized. I was REALLY BOTHERED!!! ;-) :o)

Hi, all! I'm new to this list, with a newly awakened Shakti. So far,
my symptoms have been almost exclusively physical, though nothing
really negative. Dizziness, tingling in the crown chakra, dreams that
teach me things, psychic flashes that prove to be accurate later,
synchronicities of all kinds, and last night, a body rush that felt
like someone shot me up with heroin. I went into meditation and just
sat there for the rest of the night, completely content. I don't know
if I would consider it "bliss", but I felt I would never have to get up
again. So, what was that?

I practice Kundalini Yoga and Kundalini Reiki on my own. That's how I
got this way. :-)
