Namaste Shankar Ji,

I found those drawings very interesting and completely relevant to my
situation. Many of the mudras (including whole body mudras as well as
the hand mudras) occur very naturally and spontaneously for me. These
are usually during various types of Yoga practice, but also in daily
life when I am not necessarily doing any particular Yoga. However,
there appear to be "triggers" that generate instantaneous mudras. [A
general trigger would be to see, hear, feel, taste, smell, or perceive
in any way, something that is inspirational.]

The Mudras and Bandhas have become more refined and matured over the
past months (in fact probably over the course of the past three years at
least).
