Subject: [K-list] the solar plexus!

Howdie all-

:) The solar plexus...

Rrrrrr

When my K is more active, my solar plexus is often in a state of....
churning.

Movement occurs there that is really, really uncomfortable... and the
thing is that this movement 90% of the time happens when I am around
other people. :( I sometimes wonder if I am somehow taking on, or taking
in other's energy.

Anyone else have similar experiences, or even better a SOLUTION! :)
