Knowledge is all fine and dandy. It's more
available and cheaper to come by than wisdom
and can fill in the blanks at parties.
Wisdom can't fix a Volkswagon transmission,
but with a little knowledge you can be back
on the road in no time.
I'm a know freak, but I'd take joy over even,
I dare say, wisdom. The thought of a serious,
sullen old sage is dreadful. We've got to have
joy whether we're a guru or a mechanic.
Like Percyval noted, this life is incredibly
short. We MUST find joy.
Better yet, me must become joy... then the
search isn't necessary.
Can someone tell me the name of the man
in Greek mythology who rolled the big stone
up a hill? I read a quote on a SEN web site
that said we must see him as happy.
Indeed, there no way out of action.
Here's to the simple joy of moving forward!
Cheers,
Paul
