Perhaps the solution is in gratitude. Gratitude has been turning up all over
the place for me lately. People are telling me it's what their teachers are
advising, and I'm seeing it in newspaper articles here and there.

I know that feeling gratitude has a way of keeping the energy flowing. It
seems to be heart centered. and perhaps if the energy of the universe can
harness all the energy released from all of us , “all will be well, and all will
be well, and every kind of thing will be well.”
