tonight i went to something that was inspiring. It was at a Yoga centre and
it was a discourse on independence and interdependence. We started he evening
with chanting. I have chanted before but only the Om chant, this was a whoel
stream of chants that i had never heard before yet i knew all the chants. As we
were doing them i began to feel on the right side of my spine the ice cold
energy shooting up my spine and on the left side was the hot energy. I had never
felt it when out with a group before. It was incredible.
I realized that through chanting we truely connect with all our energy and
the universes.
I noticed this for the first time on the Harmonic concordance. a group of us
had joined in with the Project Om and when we hit certain notes it was as if
the unioverse was singing with us... no we were one with the universe
The man made some very simple points in his discourse it was that what ever
we do we must have relish in it. We are not this physical being yet we spent so
time trying to do things for it. and we neglect our sprirt the one true part
of us.
we need to devote more time to the things that are selfless. only when doing
these things are we truely connected. whether it be giving thanks for our day
or by helping someone with no want in our hearts. this is true connection.
