Hi all,
This is a conversation with a freind who was having panic attack. I
hope that you will enjoy. She had prayed and the object of her attack had
been transformed.
Peace
Guy
Guy says:
That is the power of prayer. you don't have to concieve of the solution
Spirit will manifest for you
cheryl says:
Guy says:
and to you, how was your meditation?
cheryl says:
it was not as good as it may have been without interuptions
cheryl says:
and awareness of my body parts
cheryl says:
isn't as good as it used to be
cheryl says:
Guy says:
what you mean my son and the dogs and cats all jump on my lap when I
meditate On a first come first srve basisLOL
cheryl says:
LOL yah, it has to be
Guy says:
You can reverse that loss of awareness. In this time of your life an
increase in awareness is a good idea
cheryl says:
well, when it comes to body parts, I don't want to increase my awareness
cheryl says:
I just want to feign ignorance and denial
Guy says:
How do you expect to heal them if you don't feel them
cheryl says:
because it hurts not to
cheryl says:
I don't expect them to heal
cheryl says:
do I
Guy says:
and how do you prevent further damage of emotional holding patterns if you
abandon your knowing?
cheryl says:
I'm probably on another train of thought, I just have a lot of little aches
and pains
cheryl says:
I'm not abandoning them Guy
cheryl says:
I can only deal with so much at one time
Guy says:
You can heal anything It is your body You learned how to create the damage
to reflect your pain so you can learn how to reflect your love for yourself
by healing the damage
cheryl says:
and I am kinda a mess, physically
cheryl says:
well, ok!
cheryl says:
I think I did it unconsciously, so I don't recall it being a "learning"
thing
Guy says:
Your only responsibility is to yourself and self love The rest of your life
will reflect your healed space
cheryl says:
How do you figure that
cheryl says:
I am all about the opposite in most ways
Guy says:
I relize that the damage was created unconsciously but now you are conscious
and are in a position to take full responsability for your health
cheryl says:
OK GUY, you are kinda taking me to a place that I don't really "like" to go
cheryl says:
but I trust you and am OK about it
cheryl says:
I get uncomfortable to face this in my mirror, but, in case you haven't
noticed, I have a problem with concern over myself, if you can relate to
that
Guy says:
You are the whole as you heal yourself you heal the whole and those in your
imediate love circle will be most affected by your healing Giving yourself
over to their well being is to perpetuate victem hood on yourself
cheryl says:
I understand that- yes, you're right there
cheryl says:
well, I obviously need to continue to adjust my personal attitudes
Guy says:
I do not say this to hurt you but I see this in a pattern of your life
cheryl says:
I do grasp that ideal and would be the first to advise it as well, but
practicing it is still against my grain
Guy says:
This pattern is both inherited from your mother and reinforced by your own
life and your attempts to relive in order to identify and heal
cheryl says:
yes, it is a deeply ingrained pattern and one that continues unless I am on
top of it at all times
Guy says:
You identify with the pattern as you and ego identifies the change as death
to be avoide
Guy says:
Healing ancient patterns is the hardest task for all of us . If it were easy
we would all live in love and peace
Guy says:
The other deterent is you must consciously feel the pain in order to release
it and it is much easier to bury it in the body
cheryl says:
OK you're right, I know...it's an ongoing process guy, one that will
seemingly never end, no matter how much I keep drilling myself with it, I
get weary and it sets right back in
cheryl says:
it's a constant battle for me and I get tired of "policing" my own head and
heart so constantly, but I do continue
Guy says:
It is surrender not an effort and the pain did not kill you the first time
and it will not kill youi now but ignored it will haunt you forever
cheryl says:
this contrary process is so much a part of me that I am at a loss for
anything familiar that isn't an incorrect pattern
cheryl says:
that is true
Guy says:
Surrender the pain and your ego to God and you do not die but become God It
is the vail of the ego
cheryl says:
yes, that I know, and neglect to realize at any given moment
Guy says:
Enlightment is not just a recognition of truth it is an ongoing process of
learning to live divine truth
cheryl says:
OK Guy, yes, I hear what you're saying
cheryl says:
and I am going to take your advise into considerations with me
cheryl says:
I am a little shattered once again and I will excuse myself and go lick my
wounds for now
Guy says:
The hardest process is the intellect .Though you can experience divine love
in meditation when you return to daily life the intellectual patterns
designed to rationalize emotionaly damaged responces must be revised on a
conscious awareness of internal dialoge
Guy says:
I will let you go with love
