I find a lot of truth in what Brahman-Atmananda, DrDaryl, says. Personally, I've not experienced the "completeness" of Kundalini, whether up or down, but that doesn't mean I'm not going to OR that K doesn't play a part of my everyday life, OR that even I'm not aware of it going from one chakra, up, down, up or out. Those who have experienced "up and out" I'm sure you are not mistaken. However, I'm not mistaken either, or I think I'd know it.

Back to an ugly subject -- Kundalini Yoga. My teacher, Gurumeet Kaur, was concerned about my lower three chakras. Apparently Kundalini is well acquainted with all of my upper chakras, but hasn't had any effect on my lower chakras. Why? Mystress believes I've had a "top-down" awakening. Gurumeet believes I'm a teacher. I just want peace. If I practice yoga the intensity of energy is too much for me to handle. It seems, for me, my life experiences, visions, knowings and voices are creating the "I AM" winthin me. Which is a laugh because I AM I AM! I listen, I wait, I experience. But unless I personally experience the movement of Kundalini, I cannot and will not take anyone else's word/s for what will or will not happen.

So that brings me back to Daryl's words. Somehow they fit -- for me. That's all.
