Hi everybody,
Last night I was sitting at my computer researching Imbolc for an upcoming pagan ritual, and I found something interesting. From http://homepage.ntlworld.com/spiritwolf/candlemass.htm; 'Brighid's snake emerges from the womb of the Earth Mother to test the weather'. Brighid is the Celtic goddess of serpents, fire, smithcraft, healing and inspiration. Some of you may remember me posting to the list that my K awakening happened when I was briefly 'possessed' by the Serpent Goddess. Well, it actually happened close to Imbolc, Feb 2nd in the Northern Hemisphere! I really don't know if this is significant, but it got me to thinking about K awakenings and the time of year. So, if it's OK with the moderators, I'd like to introduce a new poll! :)
1) What was the approximate date of your kundalini awakening?
2) Which season did it occur in?
3) What time of day or night did it occur?
4) What was the weather like in your area at the time?
5) Did your kundalini awakening occur around any holidays (religious or secular)?
6) Do you think the time, date, weather or season has any significance?
7) Any additional comments?
Thanks!
Sabrina
