Dear Ryan,
Ah! A fellow butter lover I see! :))
My kundalini awakening was in part due to wanting to take off some extra
weight. I've always been fairly thin, but when I reached my mid 50's I started to
get a bit out of shape. Hatha Yoga rapidly took off the extra pounds (as
well as triggering K!) and seems to have changed my metabolism enough to have
kept it off.
But I am somewhat careful with what I eat and I think usually having cereal
for lunch helps.

Anyone who is concerned about liver function might think about taking Milk
Thistle (silymarin) supplements.
Love, Hillary
