   Just before my Kundalini started to get really bad on me I was/still am
doing a low carb, high fat diet, with just the right kind of twist to get
the most out of it, followed by a carb loading phase on the weekend to get
my insulin spike. At first, it was great, I had 3x the energy I normally do
(because fat is three times as dense), I was gaining muscle (was getting
very ripped) and burning off fat like butter in the microwave. I only
required about 3 to 4 hours of sleep every day after a long hard day at work
and I was always good-to-go after that. I'd blow doctors away with PERFECT
blood scores. Now, I feel like I'm no longer on the diet even though I
still am. I kind of puffed out a little and I require a lot of rest, don't
really have 3x the energy anymore. I wonder if my liver is being effected
so much by all this Kundalini activity. I remember reading up on a lot of
experiences with people craving cheese, meat & such when their Kundalini
started too. That is still true with me, when I get home I can't wait to
cook up a steak, melt a block of cheese in the microwave and feel a bowl
full of manayse.
I cook my steaks with about 3 tablespoons of butter followed by a nice
reasurring gulp of Diet Dr. Pepper (on the rocks;) Afterwards, I drink all
the blood and butter off the plate.

Ahh...feels like drugs.
