Welcome!

As you are aware, feeling energy in the spine and experiencing heat are both
signs of K activity.

My advice, though, is not to be in too much of a hurry! :)) K will rise at
her own pace, and accelerating the process is usually counter indicated! It's
difficult sometimes to be patient, but remember that we have all the time in
the universe!
