*A very warm welcome back*! :)) It's funny that I was just thinking about
you today, wondering whether I should write and ask how things are going! :))

It looks to me that you are already practicing K--balancing chakras and in
general getting well grounded! I'd continue what you are already doing --
maybe branching out gradually with some Hatha Yoga or Tai chi.

Again, good to hear from you!

BTW, Everyone. There is an interesting program (2nd in the series) on at
8pm (west coast) about string theory on Nova (Channel 9).

The first program was fascinating--string theory (in short LOL!) being that
"everything" is made up of strings that vibrate, and that there are several
dimensions. :))
