I hope this wasn't recent. Sounds like a time of sheer horror.

I suspect getting "back to" physical bliss states is pretty much a matter of
chance, but as Ramana Maharshi says, bliss is really our essential nature.

We can never be away from home because home is us. The energy, however, can
take so many different forms--from bliss to terror and everything in between.
My gut tells me that after K has been released that further meditation may
not always be advisable. In a way it tells the energy that we are not satisfied
with what she is willing to give us.
