That visualization above works well. I just tried it. For me, it's a simple
matter of releasing excess energy. I just imagine the stuff spewing out of
the top of my head, or down my arms and out my finger tips. It's just
release from the body. That's how you get back to centered. You can always
tell you have that excess energy when you're feeling clouded and heavy. So
just concentrate on sending it out, give it to Gaia or something. Spew it
into the universe and ask the universe to cleanse it for you, and accept it,
without giving it back.
