    If what you are trying to attain is in alignment with Goddess Will for
you, it works... effortless, miraculous. If it is not in alignment, if you
are arrogantly trying to make Goddess into a servant of your ego desires,
then the karmic feedback is awful. The spell turns inside out and
backwards, and smacks you upside the head, hard, so you will learn humility
and respect.

     Generally speaking, you do not "use" Kundalini. She uses you. You get
out of the way and become Her puppet. Her will for you, is more amazing
than anything you can think of for yourself anyhow.
