Hi to all,
             I have been reading the msgs posted as I m a new member.I have been practising kriya yoga since 1 year.1 month back I started developing heat flashes up my spine going upwards to the crown.Then at the root of spine some energy channel opened,may be Brahma granthi since that time the life force Im feeling upwards thru my spine n at times lot of heat.Is this Kundalini rising?As I can feel it now near my heart chakra.Wat can be done to accelerate the process to make third eye open?
                Also I want to subscribe to the Digest.I have visited Mystress site n m reading her replies with interest.I hope to get some guidelines.
