anyways...hello all!
i've just become a FST student as well.
i am also a beginning aikido student and am teaching myself chi kung.

i am having a bit of a problem though already.
around two weeks ago, i seem to have picked up some fairly harsh neck pain
which is now radiating thru my shoulder as well.
i don't really know how it started and it isn't getting any better.
i'm thinking that it's possible that i may have "absorbed" some unclean
energy or something from giving a massage. i don't really know what i'm
doing.
since i'm new to all this energy work, maybe i left myself open or
something?
is this K related?

i have chronic pain in the left lower lumbar and sacrum area as well, tho
this isn't recent.
all of the neck/shoulder pain is primarily on the left side also.

sooo...any suggestions?
i'm thinking chiropractic or massage therapy.
can anyone recommend a chiropractor and/or a massage therapist in the
Calgary area?
(you can e-mail me off-list if you don't want to post names)
