Hi to everyone,

I am a newcomer to the list. I am following up your communications with great interest.

I have practiced all kinds of meditation till now, but i seem to have the best results by the method of Mantak Chia ( microcosmic orbit meditation), which I have been using very recently. I feel the energy flow best during midnight or at dawn. But these timings disturbed my sleeping patterns completely and aggravated my chronical intestinal problems.
 
My problem is with the third chakra! The healers diagnosed a tear... which was even worsened after their therapy! The masters I talked to, said I am a highly sensitive person: During my first group meditation, I went into a trance all of a sudden, so the masters prohibited me to join any such collective exercises and recommended psychic protection techniques to maintain my health.

What will be recommendations for a self-healing ? i think i must overcome such a hurdle for a complete awakening.
