Hi Steve,

I have never had any K symptoms while writing or walking in the mall, but at
one point in my life I was a professional driver. I enjoy driving very much.
For me it is almost a meditation. Sometimes I would have spontaneous
breathing and/or spontaneous muscle contractions while driving.

I do not think the energy is responsive to any particular event, but rather
the state of mind the we are in when participating in any particular activity.
Some people experience spontaneous writing. For them, writing is a state of
mind that allows the energy to manifest. I could see it also being true for
walking or even shopping.

The energy manifests when the mind approaches stillness.
