Dear Steve, Juliette, Jason,
Well, I'd say that this spontaneous breathing can occur at any time though it
is probably more common while relaxed. But when we take k into our day to
day life it can be triggered with mundane tasks. It's rather blissing me out at
present! LOL!
Catalepsy often accompanies these spontaneous breathing patterns as well.
I'll often wake at night in a state of paralysis, with bizarre breathing, mostly
short in and longer, "huffing" out. I agree with Jason that it is K doing
it's work. Ride with it and it can result in incredible bliss experiences.
Love, Hillary
