I guess i see these words diffently.
To me, *resignation* is when all choice has been taken
away, and all that remains is defeat...
Whereas *surrender* is an active choice to yield, as
in surrendering all to Goddess. To me, it is a
positive action.
I think in a psychological sense, the mood of one who
is resigned to a particular fate is a more depressive
state than one who has made a surrender, which could
be an affirmation to a higher power....
But i've been mistaken before...
