Subject: RE: [K-list] centre for decisions?

For me the Yes/No answer has been the best way to interpret the chakras.
Asking a question and then again as a negative and noting the feeling is a
way I use to get in touch.
For example, Should I send this e-mail... Should I not send this e-mail?
Each question gives a different response helping to guide me in 'right' or
smooth action that will have no karmic feedback.
When my system is very clear and my mind silent then usually I get a lot
more information and the interaction is intuitive without intention or
effort. I get very clear and deep communication with wisdom well beyond my
intellect.
Ask your heart, 'is this right?' If you are not sure then it may be you are
tuning into something else. Being clear and grounded helps.
