The Full Moon of September 10, 2003 is occurring at 17-34 Pisces-Virgo axis of tropical zodiac. This lunation is in tight square with the transiting Pluto in Sagittarius at 17-17 and therefore extremely powerful for certain signs.
Ebertin describes Pluto as :
Principle :
Force majeure or providence, invisible forces or powers.
Psychological correspondence:
+ The will or wish to exercise power, the manifestation of unconscious
powers, ruthless frankness or candidness, the urge to influence the masses,
propagandist aspirations and objectives, understanding of the
masses.

to state one's own doctrinal principles, to agitate, convulsions and
spasms.

Pluto shows in what area of society total transformations take place - often with rather catastrophic consequences. Pluto roots out basic imbalances, replacing corruption with something totally new. It brings a death and rebirth process. The House position of Pluto shows in what specific area of your life you focus too intensely and have a corrupt or fanatic drive for intensity or control. This area shows where you have experienced trauma - at some point in the life a total transformation will take place here. In this area the doors to your unconscious will open. In addition to this the transiting retrograde Mars and retrograde Uranus are in tight conjunction which often marked sudden disruption, typically vehicle or railway accidents. Previous experience shows that there is always destructive energy release in thickly populated areas resulting into calamity around such lunations.
Good News:
This position of the transiting Pluto makes a trine with 17 deg. Aries, 17 deg. Leo. Those of you who have their birthdays around 8-12 December, 7-11 August, 4-8 April of any year will experience this lunation favorably.
Watch out:
This lunation also triggers the solar eclipses of March 1932, June 1937, September 1942, March 1951, June 1956, March 1970. Those of you who are born around the eclipse dates will experience the lunation significantly.
Bad News:
This lunation aspects natal Saturn of those born in the years - April 1936, October 1936, December 1936, June 1943, November 1949, February 1950, July 1950, December 1957, June 1965, February 1966, July 1972, December 1972, April 1973. This will prove bit difficult time for the individuals born in this period.
