Personally my point of view is this. There are abdomen, chest and head. All
of the three are abslutely important to make a right decision. The more
misterious is the abdomen, cos the heart and the brain, it is easy to
imagine what their functions are. The root of the inteligence would be in
the harmony of these three parts.

Certainly fear is clearly felt at the abdomen. It is said that the origin
of all fear is the fear of "letting go". I think it?s true. The power
chackra is an adviser who make the best it can to guide you through the best
route. If you are decided to jump from a window, of course it will launch a
fear alarm, telling clearly that this not a good option. That doesn?t mean
that it tries to frighten you, the otherway, it try to bring some sense to
you.

>The thing is, though, that we all have our fears and
>maybe by being in touch in this place we increase our
>opportunity for healing them...

I think that is absolutely true. The way is through trusting your body and
your feelings.

>Is there such a thing as *too centered*?

I mean, that if you forget that the body, yourself, is a whole you are
missing something. If you center in the heart, you are missing all the
others parts of the body.

I was using the expression "too centered". In the sense, that looking for a
centre is losing the point. There is only a whole made by parts. When this
whole is in harmony everything goes right. So the heart is not the center,
the brain is not the center, the power chakra is not the center. Every path
that only focus in one thing would be "too centered" for me.
