Hello,
I have recently taken up Kundalini yoga, and have been enjoying learning
all the new sets and practices. However, when searching the Internet
recently I came across a number of websites which said that Yogi Bhajan
is a bit of a fraud. Namely, that he essentially runs a cult, is power
and money hungry, and was a womaniser. Obviously this has slighlty
tainted may practice and in fact put me off it altogether. I would just
like to know what you all think of this; is it to be believed? Is none
of it true? Or is some of it true, but are the sets, mediations and
other practices still good??
Thanks.
