There is sometims some confusion about the Ajna Chakra. Note that some
teachers differ between the Ajna and the Forehead-Chakra. See e.g. the
pictures here (sorry, text is in German):

There is a great difference between these two so one should be
aware about that. In general I would not recommend to do such
an extreme meditation on one chakra, esp. not on the forehead
chakra. There are a lot of well-balanced chakra meditations out
there which usually don't lead to pressure. In general the heart
chakra is a good starting point.
