Hello again,


First off, I'm curious as to what the best things are to do that you recommend to be better prepared for a kundalini awakening. I've heard that often people have negative experiences because they weren't ready for it or their bodies, is there anything that could be done to not necessarily awaken but just be ready for it? I'm sure working with other people, but I don't really think I can do that. I'm pretty young too as I stated in my first post. I've heard of things to do with experienced individuals but they cost money so yea..

Also, are there meditations and such that could be done to clear chakras? Well I know there are, but I'd like to hear of your own. Could I also just make my own? From knowledge I know about them, could I work with them in my own way? Since to me it seems like a lot of these things simply are tools used to connect with whatever it is we're achieving, I figured it could be more personalized and still work since everything in life for the most part seems to be based on what you believe, and thought is reality, and can perhaps deal with reality we deal with.
