kundalini awakening, but this summer have felt a complete positive
beautiful change that has lead me to studying metaphysics and the like,
and have come across this phenomenom which i have respect for,
kundalini. respect and my young age are the reasons why i have decided
to back off the kundalini yoga video i had started working on and
loving every second of. as i started to search more about kundalini, i
heard plenty of horrifying stories which made me realize i really am
dealing with something powerful. i emailed someone online who was a
guru of some sort and told me to back off kundalini, i am way too
young, and it takes years of commitment. i felt a bit bummed because
part of me wants to engage in yoga and meditation and all these things
a lot, not for mere power but for the connection of it all, and she
made it sound like it was a very negative thing for me to do. although
i realize she was probably just trying to warn me to not jump into it,
considering meditation and the like have said to awaken kundalini. i
already have felt a deep connection to the universe, as i stated
earlier this summer i have felt as if i have seen everything for what
it truly is. feeling free, of the ego and incredibly destructive things
humans tend to engage in. anyway, at the moment i just work with dreams
and lucid dreaming and whatnot, keeping a journal. also trying out
astral projection. and i still meditate just not a whole lot quite yet.

helloooo all,

oh and i forgot to state earlier, i am in fact 16 years old. i joined the list because i'd like to be more informed about kundalini and the life it gives, before truly pursuing or trying to work with this energy. i still am engaging in studies and living this new life i feel ive been shown, but i really don't want to do something too harsh at such a young age. but perhaps i could wait until i am 18. i really do miss the yoga though. i still stretch, but the video dealt with breathing techniques which too made me back off some after warnings ive seen. it's just respect mostly. im not terrified of it, although at one point i thought i should be after the horror stories i read! i would greatly appreciate any advice or feedback from you guys.
and thanks for the interesting reading so far since i've joined ;)
