  sorry to sounds stupid but what do you mean by your were self aware at 3.
  At the age of three I knew I was a small man, living in Alaska, I new when
people talked to me that they did not have to use "baby tones". I am not
speaking just distant memories but of doing things consciously. For example
I disassembled an alarm clock and put the alarm gears in a stuffed dog and
tripped the alarm...the dog went across the floor. I did this to show my
Dad that I could.

  How do you know if you have had a full k awakening.
  I don't know If I had a full k awakening..the sensations I experienced
were nothing like I ever had before in my life. Hot/Cold electrical
galloping horses ran up and down my spine from the base to the base of my
skull. The person that I was with thought I had fainted, I didn't...I only
was paralyzed for 5 minutes or so...totally conscious.

  Does it not happen on and off throughout your life. I guess my first k
experience was at 24- 2 months ago but how can we be sure about these things
and does it really matter.
  So far the only other occurrences have been leg cramps and terrible
sleep. :o)


   It's something that's in all of us and when we are ready we will open up
to it, no?
  I would love to experience that again as it was quit fulfilling...I just
don't want to shoot myself in the foot. It seemed to me to be an awsome
power and I was not ready for it.
