Greetings to all,
Working with the instructions given by André van Lysebeth (see my
posting yesterday on "East and West") gives me the following feelings.
During an inhale a lower part of the abdomen seems to be squeezed or
"clenched" as opposed to being bulged out forward. The sensation is
like that of milking a cow - like pressing and drawing on the teat as if
something is being squeezed down and out at the bottom with a surge of
pleasure peaking at the end of the stroke. It is all very dependent on
sufficient resistance in the nose. Naturally, the state of consciousness
is changed somewhat. Regards, Richard
