I'm unable to tell you any connection between K and Norse mythology, but it
sounds closely related! :))

As to heart chakra opening, I can tell you from personal experience that it's
a wonderful way to begin the k experience. :)) One should be a bit wary of
the power of the attachment to the person who might have helped trigger it,
however!
