These last days I have been reading some message about people experiences
with entities and spirits in different places. I have a modern mentality,
but I´m starting to see that the things modern society explain in a way can
be explained the same in these spirit & entities context. In the bottom
nothing changes, the inner structure is the same.
From time to time I think about spells. I have been suffering from
insecurity this last year. Everytime someone entered a room where I stayed,
insecurity covered all my body. Slowly, month after month this sensation has
been fading away as my overall system recovered. I see it sometimes like a
speel, it just comes and go. And when it finally disappear it will be like
the end of an "evil" spell sended to me.
And at the end it doesn´t matter too much a "spell" or "a sensation
produced due this reasosns ...". It will just disappear when enough time has
passed.

About proper protection I had discovered that when you are clean crap
doesn´t stick to you. And that´s all. People comes with fears but you stay
at you frame of tranquility. They come with irritation or hurry, but you
just act, fast but centered.
The fact is clean yourself, once is done, you have reache the best
protection you can have. To be well centered.
I have been myself through a time ( and I´m still are but now very little)
a factory of "entities". I mean that I sended very bad vibrations to people
who surrounded me. It wasn´t conscious ( I mean I couldn´t stop it) , it was
my state at the moment. There are different people reactions... people who
just don´t worry about it ( that is the best and let it pass), people who
resist it ( and they make themselves more vulnerable and make longer the
effects) and people who felt insecure about what they were going on ( that
was the worst because they started questioning themselves).
I think that a fact is that, when you are full of fear, whatever little
thing make you practically lose your control, when you are centered and
secure you can encounter a "bastard entitie" that it will just fall to the
floor.
I agree with Mystress that if you take a victim position you are not going
to resolve it. It is like stress, it is not the live we live or the society,
it is that we have lose our plasticity.
