I for one enjoyed your posts as well as MAS's response. I have a taste of
both sides and I think MAS explained it well in mentioning the lower chakras
are based in separation and the upper chakras in consecutiveness or unity.
You cannot be wrong. All is true according to viewpoint.

Yes! And some reply based on where they see lack.

As soon as I read this I noticed a power in your affirmation.

It seems to be so. I can't decide if this is belief (strong conviction)
based or absolute. It's is inspiring.

One alternative I learnt a long time ago was to focus on or feed energy into
the root chakra. After a while I found an enormous sense of security from
having this energised. Fears drop away and the mind can go silent.
This is enough for protection for me. Although I don't consider it as being
protection. Just is. Inner Fear is the essence of that which comes to be as
unwanted and resisted experiences.

Out there is in there too. All the same at some level. Separation is within
ourselves.

No. Where is the light and where is there not light. Do you notice a
difference?
