Hi,
Someone mentioned in the last week about hearing a
voice or voices. This was in my diary:
I have also had the experience of hearing this voice.
It is a voice as if someone is talking through three
sets of vocal cords at one time.
The voice makes short statements to me, such as "Fear
not", "Stay Calm" etc. I don't recall the other
statements but they are all intended to make me aware
that I am being watched over, am not alone, and that I
am protected.
I can say that I would not think twice about whether I
wanted to pay attention. The voice is the voice of
"ultimate authority", though not frightening at all.
One time I had a dream that I was driving down a road,
singing away in a voice like that myself, with this
other voice singing along.
On June 10, 1979 I had an out of the body experience.
I was on a tour in a beautiful mountainous region with
a group of people.
We went to different temples. It didn't occur to me at
the time (only upon reflecting on the experience), but
I was showing them around the temples and revealed to
them hidden places and passage ways.
When we entered these temples the people in the
temples knew me, and greeted me. They talked to me
with recognition, but it did not occur to me at the
time that this was unexpected behavior on their part.
We came upon this one temple. This temple was more
beautiful and magnificient than any of the others. I
was so excited about them seeing it, and having the
opportunity to share this with them.
We entered the temple thorugh huge ornate carved
double doors, The entrance we came into was enormous
and gorgeous. It appeared to be created from white and
turquoise marble squares.
We walked in, and I (to my surprise) took the stance
of one of the Holy people we had seen. This stand was
the right hand raised wth the index and pinkie finger
extened with the middle and ring finger held to the
plam with the thumb. I was surprised by this, but then
I looked down at myself and saw that I had on new
clothes. I had on what appeared to be a beautiful
ceremonial silk borcade gown, which was turquoise and
white. I had something on my head, some type of
headdress, but I only felt it - I didn't see it.
At the same time the people that had accompanied me to
the temple all turned to me in amazement. I was
thinking that it was as if I suddenly had total recall
of being part of this scenario.
I seemed to have aligned myself with what was going on
there, and suddenly took an active role. I was amazed
as the people that accompanied me.
A few nights after this experience I had a vision. A
woman appeared in the room where I was meditating.
Upon seeing her I thought of Kwan Yin, the Goddess of
Mercy. She stood there gentley smiling at me. Her
energy was marvelously warm and embracing.
When she disappeared a new vision manifested. This is
how it occured:
I heard what sounded like a strong electrical humming,
and the breeze I mentioned in previous postings
intensified and was blowing in my face.
I saw a iridsecent white pyramid rise up from what I
thought was the center of the Earth.
Another pyramid descended from what I thought was the
edge of the Universe.
These pyramids merged together to form a
three-dimensional Star of David. (which I now know is
called a Merkaba - in some circles)
In the center of the star I saw a face. The name that
immediately came to mind was "Hermes."
Above his head were three round pearly white spheres.
He smiled at me with very deep, loving eyes.
I saw him again another time, during the time frame of
this diary. He had the Medical symbol on his head as a
headdress. (the staff, with the two snakes, wings at
the top, just below the globe.)
>From what I learned at this point:
The staff represents the human spine.
The snakes represents the Kundalini energy.
The wings represents the fanned flames of the heart.
The globe represents the human head.
The "breeze" is the exchange of blowing out the
negative (qualified), and consciously inhaling the
positive (neutral) cosmic or Universal energy.
Qualified energy: This is energy that holds one
earth-bound to repeat cycles of karma.
Karma was created when human-kind discovered guilt.
The cleansing breath cleanses away all the guilt,
inability to forgive, anger, revengefulness - all
those things that we tend to categorize and label.
These are experiences which we have become attached.
We incarnate into the generations of our family group
in order to get paid, or pay back.
One can step away from this cycle by consciously
cleansing oneself through the process of conscious
breathing. I know studies have gone into specific
breathing methods. I don't think that you need to
learn specific methods of breathing. I know that it
can be very helpful, and powerful so that is up to
you. I haven't found a teacher or teaching yet for
breathing. If I do, I would probably be interested
into participating.
Also when you are meditating, draw Universal energy
(breath/enery) through your crown chakra and visualize
it filling each atom in your body, and over-flowing
your crown chakra, and filling your aura as well. This
is to cleanse out any forgeign or negative energy
which you have picked up or created yourself.
When you are done always lean over and touch the floor
to release any extra energy your body is not able to
handle. Also affirm that your 8th Chakra is a magnet
to all the energy you have given up. Affirm that your
energy is called back to you. Then fill up with this
neutral energy. The reason for immediately filling up
with your own energy is that when you cleanse yourself
with the Universal or Cosmic energy the places where
the foreign energy was, must be filled up with your
own energy. If you leave a space for "something" to
fill it, "something" will fill it that is not in your
best interest.
Consciously making this exchange of breath fans the
flames of the Kundalini and the Heart Chakra. When
these two are charged, they join in rythm. This is a
dance of spiritual energy.
The cleansing is accomplished by filling up with the
neutral Cosmic energy.
This exercise creates a receptive chalice out of the
human body/spirit for the Kundalini energy to rise in
spirals around the human form. (Perhaps this is "The
Holy Grail.")
For a visual of what I am stating, visualize that you
found a crystal water picture buried in the backyard.
In order to clean this picture, instead of scrubbing
it because it is far too delicate to scrub. You must
place it under a stream of flowing water. As the water
flows through the picture it carries with it a bit of
dirt with each drop of water flows over the mouth of
the picture under this running stream of water.
Eventually all the dirt is cleansed out, and you have
a sparkling clean crystal water picture.
This transforms the being to a higher energy level in
which one can travel between worlds, and is no longer
anchored in this physical world.
Well, that is enough (probably too much) for today.
