Dear Jason and All,
So...lesson learned...is that: It's a GOOD thing to take care of yourself, first. Beyond the lies and beyond the...stories. Feel what is right, what is good. "Santa Claus" can actually be quite a devastating character. How about for those kids whose alcoholic parents who used poor Santa as the panacea...at least for one morning? ;-(
When I "figured" Santa, I blew my parents' cover. From that point on, it was worse.
Thank you, Jason. With or without alcoholism, lies are lies. Truth is truth. But for those who can't 'see' what do you say or do? My answer: See it as their path.
Love,
Hety
Abbott: So if Santa Claus is good, then by definition what must "no Santa Claus" be? (Scibbles without waiting for an answer)
GOOD--TRUTH--NO SANTA CLAUS--EVIL
EVIL--LIES--SANTA CLAUS--GOOD
Abbott: Does anyone see a problem with this equation?
