hey ,
looks like my questions never cease to come, one after the other in a profusion of bizarreness.
two days ago i was sitting on the couch and trying to concentrate wholly on this "energy" or whatever i feel, (coz i dont know how to meditate)and i was sitting straight and errect. but i dont know why i felt like my head was so heavy and it was collapsing to one side then i realised that i felt my head was collapsing on either side. verysoon i felt like i have 2 heads ,,,beat that..? i dont know how, but i felt i had 2 heads and both of them were completely bent( felt like my neck was split into 2 and my head was collapsing on either sides..left and right (2 heads)..(like a potted single stemmed plant with 2 flowers drooping down at the apex) and my neck (either side) was feeling stretched with the tension of the weight of my head. as it progressed to become intolerably bizarre and uncomfortable, and then opened my eyes, but my head was as erect as it was at the beginning. i was like, what the hell was that?
anyway i just gave up this obsession with the " energy " fr two days and today at noon as i was bending down reading (studying ) i felt this weird sensation, like a combination of electric tingling (and itch which was so very mild.. that i am not sure there was itch) right above on my forehead bet my eyebrows, a lill above. the reason all this ends up being extremely bizarre is that, right since when i was 4-5 years old, when ever a dog licked me on my hands, i felt this same electric tingling all above my throat till the end of my chin. but that used to be so goddamn strong that i had to scratch the region (impulsive) and the electric feeling too was extremely amplified. . thats y i have an aversion to dogs licking my hand. bewildered amusement is an understatement, when u see ppl looking at me.. dog licking my had and my scratching my lower jaw and throat...some thing so diconnected and inexplicable i accompany the others in amused bewilderedness.
so i dont know wotto say. imsure u ppl feel the same. its just that i hope someone on the list has a knowledge as to how kundalini functions in a body and whether the two things are related. and whether my body is getting screwed up with my experimental quackery... may be ur just going to laugh it off.. and may be ill join u too.
but incase someone can throw light i would be really obliged.
