Hi Shellelr. Unfortunately pain is sometimes an all to necessary part of the
process. As long as it is not rooted in some sort of physical illness all
you can ask is that your spiritual guides help you past through this part
with Divine grace and ease. Fear of what is happening will only make you
contract more and make the pain worse.
