Hi Pam,
I've had the chest pain thing checked out a few times. Went to the ER with it at least twice back when they first started four years ago. And just for kicks I saw a cardiologist last February. When I described my symptoms to him he was bewildered and said they didn't sound typical of heart attack or heart problems. He did an EKG and I wore a holter monitor for 24 uneventful hours, and his office never even bothered to call me with the results. No news is good news, I guess.
I will go for stretches with nothing going on, but lately I have a lot of painful activity in both the heart and throat regions, always in half-sleep. I just wish I knew what is going on, and if I can do anything about it. Thanks for writing, Pam.
take care,
Shelle
