Hello All,

When I nap in the afternoons the past few days, in the hypnagogic state I am experiencing strong heart and throat chakra pain. Kind of a relentless ache, accompanied by all kinds of mental imagery. This afternoon I stayed in this state for about three hours, hurting, and unable/unwilling to rouse myself from it.

I wonder, why the pain? Am I processing something(s)? Is there anything I can do to help the process? Should I try to do anything, or just let it run its course?
